Picturesque Quebec, known as "La Belle Province" and home to 7 million
gastronomes (our province's population) is renowned for its fine cuisine,
joie de vivre, and speaking French! In fact, there was a lot of French just
in that one sentence! It can be argued that Quebec is the gastronomic
capital of North America, and, certainly, there is nothing a true Quebecois
enjoys more than the camaraderie of the table, partaking of good food in

you our line of Prêt-à-Gourmet game and 100% chicken sausages, created by
chef-in-residence, our daughter, Georgia, who holds the Grand Diplôme
from the Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris, France. |
