Picturesque Quebec, known as "La Belle Province" and home to 7 million gastronomes (our province's population) is renowned for its fine cuisine, joie de vivre, and speaking French! In fact, there was a lot of French just in that one sentence! It can be argued that Quebec is the gastronomic capital of North America, and, certainly, there is nothing a true Quebecois enjoys more than the camaraderie of the table, partaking of good food in good company.
Thus, in keeping with Quebec's culinary tradition par excellence we offer you our line of Prêt-à-Gourmet game and 100% chicken sausages, created by chef-in-residence, our daughter, Georgia, who holds the Grand Diplôme from the Cordon Bleu cooking school in Paris, France.
